INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces calvados or other apple brandy
- ¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ ounce Grenadine
- 2 dashes absinthe (Pernod as substitute)
- lime wheel garnish
DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
