Old Fashioned, Rum

INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces dark rum
• 1 teaspoon allspice dram
• 1 teaspoon demerara syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• orange twist garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Place a large ice cube into an Old Fashioned glass.

2. Add the rum, allspice dram, demerara syrup and both bitters, and stir until well-chilled.

3. Garnish with an orange peel.
