INGREDIENTS
Donn Beach Version
- 1 ounce dark Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce gold demerara rum
- 1 ounce white Cuban or Puerto Rican rum
- 1 ounce Honey Syrup
- ¾ ounce club soda, chilled
- ¾ ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- ¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- lime wheel garnish
- mint sprig garnish
Tracer Vic’s Version
- 1 oz Aged Trinidad Rum
- 1 oz Aged Demerara Rum
- 1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum
- ¼ oz Allspice Dram (AKA Pimento Dram)
- ¼ oz Demerara Syrup
- ¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- mint sprig garnish
DIRECTIONS

Add the dark rum, gold demerara rum, white rum, honey syrup, club soda, grapefruit juice and lime juice to a shaker filled with crushed ice and shake until well-chilled (about 30 seconds).

Strain into a chilled rocks glass with fresh crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
