Martinis

INGREDIENTS

DRY MARTINI 5:1

• 2 ½ oz. gin or vodka
• ½ oz. dry vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• lemon twist garnish

DIRTY MARTINI 5:1

• 2 ½ oz. gin or vodka
• ½ oz. dry vermouth
• ½ oz. olive brine
• 2-4 olives garnish

WET MARTINI 2:1

• 2 oz. gin or vodka
• 1 oz. dry vermouth
• lemon twist garnish

50/50 MARTINI 1:1

• 1 ½ oz. gin or vodka
• 1 ½ oz. dry vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• lemon twist garnish

REVERSE MARTINI 1:2

• 1 oz. gin or vodka
• 2 oz. dry vermouth
• lemon twist or olive garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine dry liquor & vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stir smoothly, circulating the spoon along the side of the mixing glass, for 30–45 seconds until well chilled.

3. Strain into chilled Nick & Nora, coupe, or Martini glass.

4. Garnish with olive or lemon twist, depending on preference
