Manhattan Transfer

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ ounces 100 proof rye whiskey
• 1 ounce dry vermouth
• 1 ounce Ramazzotti
• 1 dash orange bitters
• orange twist garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stir for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled

3. Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with an orange twist, if desired.
