INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. aged rum
- ½ oz. dry Curaçao
- ½ oz. Orgeat Syrup
- ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 oz. lime juice
- dark spiced rum for float
- mint sprig garnish
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. You can’t overdo it, make it cold

Strain into highball or old fashioned glass full of crushed ice

Pour a float of dark spiced rum

Garnish with umbrella, bamboo straw, etc.
