• 1 ½ ounces blackstrap rum
• ¾ ounce Campari
• 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
• ½ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ ounce Demerara Syrup
• pineapple wedge garnish

• 1 ½ ounces dark rum, preferably Jamaican
• ½ ounce Campari
• 1 ½ ounces 100% pineapple juice
• ½ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ ounce  Simple Syrup
• Pineapple wedge or leaves, for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add the rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and demerara syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
