INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 ½ ounces Appleton Estate Reserve rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: lime wheel
DIRECTIONS

In a shaker, muddle the ginger.

Add the rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup and bitters, then fill with ice.

Shake until well-chilled, then double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
