Haitian Divorce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ ounces Barbancourt 8 rum
- ¾ ounce mezcal espadín
- ½ ounce pedro ximenez sherry (preferably Lustau)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: orange twist
- Garnish: lime twist
DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.

Express the oils from an orange twist and a lime twist over the drink, then drop both twists into the glass.
