Haitian Divorce

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ ounces Barbancourt 8 rum
• ¾ ounce mezcal espadín
• ½ ounce pedro ximenez sherry (preferably Lustau)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: orange twist
• Garnish: lime twist

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.

3. Express the oils from an orange twist and a lime twist over the drink, then drop both twists into the glass.
