Fog Cutter

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ ounces light rum
• 1 ounce cognac
• ½ ounce London Dry gin
• 2 ounces lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ ounce Orgeat Syrup
• ½ ounce oloroso sherry
• mint sprig garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients except the sherry into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with crushed ice, adding additional crushed ice if needed.

3. Float the sherry on top.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig
