INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ ounces light rum
- 1 ounce cognac
- ½ ounce London Dry gin
- 2 ounces lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ ounce Orgeat Syrup
- ½ ounce oloroso sherry
- mint sprig garnish
DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients except the sherry into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with crushed ice, adding additional crushed ice if needed.

Float the sherry on top.

Garnish with a mint sprig
