INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ ounces gin, preferably Old Tom
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• ½ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• ¼ ounce maraschino liqueur
• maraschino cherry garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake for 10–15 seconds, until well chilled.

3. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
