Drifter, ABV

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ ounce Japanese whisky, preferably Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky
• ¾ ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Dolin Blanc Vermouth
• ½ ounce Amaro Nonino
• 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters (seems a bit much)
• grapefruit twist garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir gently.

2. Strain into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube.

3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
