INGREDIENTS

KC Preferred

• 1 ½ ounces white rum
• ¼ ounce maraschino liqueur
• ¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• ¼ ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ ounce 1.5 Simple Syrup
• grapefruit peel
• Garnish: lime wheel

• 2 ounces white rum
• ½ ounce maraschino liqueur
• ¾ ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
• Garnish: lime wheel or maraschino cherry

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a coupe glass.

3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
