  1. Add the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Benedictine, absinthe and Peychaud’s bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

  3. Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.
