INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon rubbed sage
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- ½ teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
- ⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper (or substitute black pepper)
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.

If desired, process the mixture in a spice grinder (or grind with a mortar and pestle) until a fine powder forms, about 30 seconds.

Transfer the seasoning to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dry place. For the best flavor use within 6 months.
