INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup (55 grams) kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons (25 grams) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons (10 grams) smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon (10 grams) granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon (1 gram) dried rubbed sage
- 1 tablespoon (1 gram) dried thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons (4 grams) black pepper
- ½ to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.
