INGREDIENTS

• 4 teaspoons chili powder
• 2 ½ teaspoons (18g) table salt
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon paprika (smoked or unsmoked)
• ½ teaspoon chipotle chile powder, optional

DIRECTIONS

1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.

2. Transfer to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
