INGREDIENTS

• 2 tablespoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.

2. Store in a sealed jar in a cool, dry place. Keep away from heat, light, and moisture. You can store it indefinitely in a room-temperature pantry.
