INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt, preferably Diamond Kosher Salt (see recipe note)
- 2 tablespoons celery salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 4 teaspoons granulated garlic, not garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
