INGREDIENTS
- 2 wheels worth of Laughing Cow original wedges, at room temperature OR 12 oz plain Philadelphia, at room temperature (Note: Using Laughing Cow gives about the same consistency and taste as the Buko, whereas using Philadelphia does not. It’s your call based on your preference.)
- 125g baby native shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined (Note: If you can’t find these, then use 125 g of cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp and chop it up finely.)
- 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2-4 tbsp fresh minced dill
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, beat the Laughing Cow or Philadelphia until smooth. Beat in the lemon juice. Fold in the shrimp and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate in a serving container.
