Plum Crumble Pie

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pie Crust - Mix flour, butter, sugar, water and salt in your food processor until you get a smooth dough.

  2. Spread the dough with a rolling pin.

  3. Put in a pie dish and prick the dough with a fork.

  4. Preheat the oven to 392°F / 200°C.

  5. Pie Filling - Wash, pit the mirabelles and put them in the pie.

  6. Crumble - Make the crumble by mixing carefully with your finger flour, sugar and butter until you get a nice crumble.

  7. Pour crumble on mirabelles and bake for about 30 minutes until crust is browned
