Harissa Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F or 200C.

  2. In a large bowl, add olive oil, harissa, salt, cumin, and paprika. Use a fork or a wire whisk to blend.

  3. Add the cauliflower to the liquid and spices and toss to blend.

  4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread the cauliflower onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the cauliflower starts to soften.

  6. Halfway through cooking toss the cauliflower to ensure more even cooking.

  7. Remove from the oven and spritz with lemon juice.
